If you currently have HOLD tokens staking on the Holdstation platform and want to withdraw them to your wallet — this guide will walk you through every step clearly, safely, and as quickly as possible.

Please read the full guide before taking any action!

Identify Your Wallet Status

There are 2 scenarios when claiming your HOLD tokens back:

Scenario Wallet Status How to Handle
✅ Safe wallet Wallet has not been affected by the security incident Unstake directly — tokens return to your wallet immediately
⚠️ Compromised wallet Wallet was affected by the hack Submit a form for the team to process and transfer to a new wallet

Case 1: Safe Wallet — Unstake Directly

Step 1: Visit the HOLD Staking Page

Go to:

👉 holdstation.exchange/earn/hold-staking

Make sure you are on Holdstation's official address. Do not click on any links from unknown sources.

Step 2: Connect Your Wallet & Switch to BNB Chain

  • Click "Connect Wallet" to connect the wallet you used to stake your HOLD tokens.
  • Once connected, switch the network to BNB Chain if your wallet is currently on a different network.
⚠️ Note: You must connect the exact wallet you used to stake previously. If you connect the wrong wallet, the system will not display your staked HOLD balance.

Step 3: Claim Your HOLD

Once your wallet is successfully connected and your Staked HOLD balance is displayed:

  1. Verify the amount of HOLD currently staking shown on screen.
  2. Click the "Unstake" button.
  3. Confirm the transaction in your wallet.
  4. ✅ Your HOLD tokens will automatically transfer to your wallet once the transaction is complete.

Case 2: Compromised Wallet — Request Support from Holdstation

If your wallet has staked $HOLD but it's not showing up in Case 1, it means your wallet has been affected by a security issue. Don't worry, follow these steps to safely claim your $HOLD:

Submit a Form to Transfer Tokens to a New Wallet

Step 1: Prepare the required information:

  • Old wallet address (the wallet you used to stake HOLD)
  • New safe wallet (EVM - BNB Chain) address where you want to receive the tokens

Step 2: Fill in the official Holdstation support form completely.

Step 3: The Holdstation team will review your request and transfer your HOLD tokens to the new wallet address you provided.

Case 3: Holding HOLD on ZKSync Era & Berachain

If you are not staking but simply holding HOLD tokens on ZKSync Era or Berachain — you will also need to follow the support process below.

⚠️ Reason: The bridge token HOLD feature is now closed - all HOLD will be transferred entirely to the BNB network, so you cannot manually transfer tokens to the BNB Chain in the usual way.

Process

Step 1: Prepare the required information:

  • Wallet address currently holding HOLD (on ZKSync Era or Berachain)
  • A safe BNB Chain (EVM) wallet address where you want to receive the tokens
    (Do not fill in the CEX wallet address)

Step 2: Fill in the official Holdstation support form completely.

Step 3: The Holdstation team will verify and transfer your HOLD tokens to the BNB Chain address you provided.

🔔 Important note: This policy only applies to users who were holding HOLD tokens before the attack occurred. Holdstation will conduct an on-chain verification before processing any request.

🚨 Critical Security Warning

Holdstation will NEVER ask for your Private Key or Seed Phrase.

If anyone — even someone claiming to be a Holdstation staff member — asks you to provide:

  • 🔑 Private Key
  • 📝 Seed Phrase (12 or 24 words)
  • 🔒 Wallet password

→ It is a scam. Ignore it and report immediately.

All legitimate support actions from Holdstation will never require you to share this sensitive information.
